Lift Bingo

Being situated on the 39th floor in the ‘executive club’ was great – the views were stunning although you had to be on the Avenue of the Stars to get the best view of the Syphony of Lights. However Lynne just loved the lift bingo. You get in the car and wait to see what floors people press. Floor 7 – shame no view, Floor 20 – better, Floor 30 reasonable view you then press floor 39 and look smug – no one ever had floor 40.
The lift itself was eerie – you got in the doors closed there was no sense of movement or sound the doors opened anfd ther you were. It was like a tractor beam you got in a and said beam me up Scottie and he did!
