The plan started in a fairly disogranised manner. The who, the where were all decided at the last minute. Finally the who (Nitin, Mukul, Guru, Dinesh and I) met up and voted on the where. What I had on mind turned out to be too simple, so we decided to experiment with the all famous Si counsins, the big one is 8 miles return with 4000 feet of elevation gain, the little one is 5 miles return with just about 1500 feet. Not sure about the big adventrue and fairly unprepared ,we tried Little Si.

It was a nice weather and the trailhead was a nice 30 min drive from Seattle. We started at about noon and it took just over an hour up and about the same time down. The trail climbs steeply for the first quarter mie but then evens out with small spans of steep hike. It was fun, but the trail is often crowded. The view was certainly worth it.
